Annual Dues

● $300/year for residents living on Lake 1
● $200/year for residents not living on Lake 1

Your dues help cover:
● Insurance for the liability and use of Lake 1
● Electricity for the entrance sign and several neighborhood streetlights
● Lawn and landscaping for the Front Entrance, Magnolia Drive Common Circle, and Dam 1acreage
● Care and upkeep of the Lake 1 beach and surrounding property
● Street sign maintenance throughout Lake Hills
● Lake and fish management to keep our water healthy and thriving

Dues can be paid by check or via Zelle.

Zelle is a payment system used on your smart phone through an app. The app can be found by searching for it in app provider like App Store or Google Play Store. Download the app and follow directions. It will involve linking a banking account to it. Once that is done you can use our email address as the link to make payments.
